Antique and vintage furniture have been a large part of  my life from an early age, having worked in my father’s antique business in Bournemouth.

I have spent most of my life restoring and selling furniture and also many years in the conservation world, working on historic building joinery and carving, the highlight being the National Trust's Uppark House in West Sussex.

I have learnt to really appreciate quality and design and have a great passion for  fine furniture, my particular interests  include vintage shop furniture such as haberdashery cabinets,  arts and crafts furniture and industrial type metal furniture.

I  buy items that really appeal to me and sometimes have real difficulty in parting with them!
